Bessy Series (1965-1967)

该系列的所有四种型号均为126盒式28x28mm格式。
有些相机有Voigtar 8，有些有Color-Lanthar 2.8。
两个型号可以使用flashcubes。
Bessy的新系列于1971年和1972年上市销售。
相机仍然比以前更简单，更剥离。
全部由Balda制造。
All four models of this series are 126 cassette 28x28mm format.
Some cameras have a Voigtar 8, others have a Color-Lanthar 2.8.
Two models can use flashcubes.
A new range of Bessy is marketed in 1971 and 1972.
Cameras are still simpler and more stripped than the previous ones.
All were manufactured by Balda.

Bessy k

1965 – 126 Instamatic film – 28x28mm exposures.
Prontor 200 shutter 1/200. Voigtar 8/44mm.
No selenium meter (the window is a fake).
The bubble flash reflector swing out of the body.
It opens by swinging (see photo below).

Bessy ak

1965 – 126 Instamatic film – 28x28mm exposures.
Prontor-Matic shutter 1/125. Color-Lanthar 2.8/38mm.
Coupled selenium meter with shutter priority mode.
Automatic parallax correction. Three distance symbols visible in finder.
In flash mode, distance is coupled with aperture. The bubble flash reflector swing out of the body.
It opens by swinging (see photo below) and can be used as indirect lighting (turn a notch more).

Bessy s

No selenium meter (the window is a fake).
Identical to the Bessy k but flascubes instead of bubble flash reflector swinging out of the body.

Bessy X

1/40 shutter (only one speed). No name lens 11/45 mm.
A flash-cube can be fitted on the top of the camera.

Back open : hard to make cheapest.

Words “BW Balda Werke” shows the name of the manufacturer.
